Taste of Buffalo Announces Participating Restaurants for its 40th Birthday Celebration in 2023

BUFFALO, NY - The Taste of Buffalo presented by Tops announced today that 37 restaurants and food trucks and four NYS wineries, will participate in the 40th annual celebration of Buffalo’s food scene, which will be held July 8 and 9 on Delaware Ave in downtown Buffalo.

The list of restaurants includes a mix of classic American and ethnic cuisines that represents the diverse food culture for which Western New York is known. Ten restaurants will be participating in the Taste of Buffalo for the first time, including new meatless and gluten-free options. Genesee Brewery, Coca-Cola, The Tipsy Trailer, and Sad Boys Brewing round out the beverage options for this year’s Taste.

“The Taste prides itself on being the premiere food event that showcases every corner of Buffalo’s incredible and diverse food scene,” said 2023 Taste of Buffalo Chair Elizabeth Mamot. “This year’s lineup showcases that diversity, and we look forward to attendees getting the opportunity to enjoy their usual staples while finding their new favorite restaurants.”

The Taste of Buffalo presented by Tops is the nation’s largest two-day food festival. The 40th annual Taste will take place on July 8 and 9, 2023 along Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo.
