Taste of Buffalo Announces Participating Restaurants for it's 43rd Annual Festival
Diverse selection of restaurants, food trucks, and wineries from the Greater Buffalo and surrounding area make up this year’s lineup for the nation’s largest two-day food festival
BUFFALO, NY - The Taste of Buffalo presented by Tops Friendly Markets announced today that 42 restaurants and food trucks along with four wineries will participate in the 43rd annual celebration of Buffalo’s food scene, which will be held July 11 and 12 along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo.
This year’s restaurants include a mix of classic American and ethnic cuisines that represent the diverse food culture for which Western New York (WNY) is known. Of the 42 restaurants, 13 will be participating in the event for the first time.
"The culinary scene is one of the best things about Buffalo and all of Western New York and this year's selection of diverse and delicious foods is what makes the Taste of Buffalo one of the premiere food festivals in the nation," said 2026 Taste of Buffalo Chairperson Adam Roma. “Our guests can enjoy the incredible food from more than 40 restaurants, including some old friends coming back to the event. We also have an amazing new entertainment lineup and other great activities we are excited to share in the coming weeks. We also look forward to supporting FeedMore and our scholarship fund and other local charities with proceeds from the event."
This year’s Taste of Buffalo also includes a brand new entertainment lineup on six stages spread out on the footprint along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square. A list of the artists will be released in the near future along with other exciting new editions to this year’s event.
