Menu Items Criteria

  • Menu items range in price from 2 tickets ($1.00) to 15 tickets ($7.50).
  • Wineries must serve a minimum of three (3) wine items, but may serve four (4) wine items.
  • Winery can serve Wine items at a maximum of eight (8) tickets ($4.00) or less, and one Premium Wine item at fifteen (15) tickets ($7.50) or less.
  • Prices shall be in $.50 increments.
  • Prices to be charged shall include appropriate sales tax.

Below, indicate your proposed menu items, pour size, and prices in tickets, not dollars. All items are subject to Taste of Buffalo approval.
