Ryan Dunbar

I will graduate from Alexander High School in June 2017.  While in high school I attended the Genesee Valley BOCES during my junior and senior years. I worked with two very talented, passionate and experienced chefs, who strengthened my desire to enter into the culinary arts path in college. I will be attending Alfred State College in the fall to earn an Associate's degree in Culinary and Baking/Pastry Arts, and then plan to continue on to earn my Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management. I look forward to learning about the many facets of the food industry and working through the various jobs within this field.  I would love to move to a big city, work in the food industry for a few years and someday own my own restaurant. I have an extreme passion for cooking, and preparing amazing and unique food for my friends and family brings me great satisfaction.
