Menu Items Criteria

  • Menu items range in price from 2 tickets ($1.00) to 15 tickets ($7.50).
  • Wineries must serve a minimum of three (3) wine items, but may serve four (4) wine items.
  • Winery can serve Wine items at a maximum of eight (8) tickets ($4.00) or less, and one Premium Wine item at fifteen (15) tickets ($7.50) or less.
  • Prices shall be in $.50 increments.
  • Prices to be charged shall include appropriate sales tax.

Below, indicate your proposed menu items, pour size, and prices. All items are subject to Taste of Buffalo approval.
