I am interested and eager to learn anything I can about this field. I am excited to go to NCCC and learn new things from new chef's and take on more challenges. My participation with BOCES, ProStart, ServSafe and Camp Turner has given me the skills I need to work in this industry. My long term goal is to become a culinary arts instructor." |

Amanda Reece Tonawanda High School Attending Johnson & Wales After completing her education at Johnson & Wales, Amanda hopes to work in a high-end bakery to save up the money to open her own bakery. She hopes to produce beautiful wedding cakes, and create a modern take on some more traditional recipes. |
