"Thanks to our partnership with Independent Health Foundation, we're also proud to say that the Taste of Buffalo is the only food festival in the nation that requires every restaurant to offer a Healthy Option. These nutritious, tasty foods are lower in fat, cholesterol, and sodium."

Restaurants and food trucks that have never participated before or did not participate in 2015 are considered new and are indicated with an asterisk in the list above. There are fourteen new establishments in total.

Event hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 9 with live music in the Niagara East beer tent until 11 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 10.
