Buffalo, NY - The Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS has extended the restaurant application deadline to participate in the 2011 event to February 11, 2011.

To be eligible to apply for the Taste, interested restaurants and wineries must be public establishments, whose primary commercial function is to serve food/wine on a retail basis and be open year round in Western New York. Wineries from the Finger Lakes wine region are also eligible to apply. Applications and additional criteria can be found at www.tasteofbuffalo.com.

The Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS is the nation's largest two-day food festival, attracting more than 450,000 people in downtown Buffalo.
