Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS now accepting restaurant and winery applications for 2011 Festival

Buffalo, NY - Attention all restaurants and wineries! Are you looking to gain more exposure for your business while at the same time participating in one of the region's favorite summertime events? The Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS is now accepting applications from restaurants and wineries interested in participating in the 2011 event, set for July 9 and 10 in downtown Buffalo.

To be eligible to apply for the Taste, interested restaurants and wineries must be public establishments, whose primary commercial function is to serve food/wine on a retail basis and be open year round in Western New York. Wineries from the Finger Lakes wine region are also eligible to apply. Applications and additional criteria can be found at www.tasteofbuffalo.com. The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2011.

The Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS is the nation's largest two-day food festival, attracting more than 450,000 people in downtown Buffalo.
