May 10, 2010 - Beginning today, hungry tasters can find out more about which restaurants will be making their debut at the 2010 Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS. Every Monday, a new chef or restaurant will be featured as part of the festival's "Chef/Restaurant of the Week" promotion, which aims to highlight area talent and treats. The chefs and restaurants will be listed on the festival's website, under the Restaurant page or click here to view. And lucky for us, some restaurants will even share a recipe that is sure to tease the taste buds.

The Taste of Buffalo presented by TOPS is the nation's largest two-day food festival, attracting more than 450,000 people during its two-day run in downtown Buffalo.
