March 04, 2009 - The Taste of Buffalo has extended the deadline for interested restaurants to apply for this year's event to March 31, 2009. To be eligible to apply for the Taste, the restaurant must be a public-eating place, whose primary commercial function is to serve food on a retail basis and be open year round in Western New York. Click here for more information on the restaurant application.
